RESOLUTION NO. 74-1318
A RESOLUTION CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING
AND DISCONTINUING THE PUBLIC USE OF THE
N-S ALLEY IN BLOCK 2, JOHNSON AND WADDELL'S
RESUB (6-68) LOCATED BETWEEN N.W. 22ND AND
23RD STREETS AND BETWEEN MIAMI COURT AND N.W.
1ST AVENUE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH TENTATIVE
PLAT #902 - "SALAR", SUBJECT TO RELOCATION,
ALTERATION OR INSTALLATION OF ANY UTILITIES
AND EASEMENTS, AND SUBJECT TO RECORDING FORMAL
PLAT.
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of
November 4, 1974, Item #7, following an advertised Hearing,
adopted Resolution No. ZB 174-74 by a 6 to 0 vote (one member
absent), recommending the official vacation and closure of
the N-S Alley in Block 2, JOHNSON AND WADDELL'S RESUB (6-68),
located between N.W. 22nd and 23rd Streets and between Miami
Court and N.W. 1st Avenue, in accordance with Tentative Plat
#902 - "SALAR";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the N-S Alley in Block 2, JOHNSON
AND WADDELL'S RESUB (6-68), located between N.W. 22nd and
23rd Streets and between Miami Court and N.W. 1st Avenue, in
accordance with Tentative Plat #902 - "SALAR" be and the same
is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned and discontinued for
public use, subject to relocation, alteration or installation
of any utilities and easements, and subject ter recording
formal plat.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this
2 day of DECEMBER , 1974.
