A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE C' A PERMIT TO
SOUTH FLORIDA 1XLITARY ACADEMY FOR AMUSEMENT RIDES AT
14677 N.W. 9TH S' REsT ON NOVEMBER 29 aXid 30 AND DECEMBER
1, 1974, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a permit be, and it is hereby, authorized to be
issued to South Florida Military Academy for amusement rides at 146/7 N. W.
9th Street on November 29 and 30 and December 1, 1974, subject to the following
terms and conditions:
1. Sale of tickets for this carnival is to be limited so that
such sales may be made only by members of the South Florida
Military Academy.
2. Such use shall not be established for a period exceeding
seven days, nor shall any one location be used more
often than once a year.
3. The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain the
necessary licenses, permits and Certificates of Use.
4. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride
activities.
5. The operators of the amusement rides will provide
separate sanitary facilities for both male and female
patrons.
6. The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.
7. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.
8. The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted
and the number of off -duty policemen that the Department
feels are necessary to direct traffic and provide for
security will be employed by the permit holder.
