A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING $19, 000 FROM
THE BALANCE OF FEDERAL REVENUE
SHARING FUNDS AND $36, 000 FROM THE
FUNDS PREVIOUSLY BUDGETED FOR THE
THREE DEPUTY CITY MANAGER POSITIONS:
ADJUSTING THE PENSION OF CITY OF MIAMI
RETIRED EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, Ordinance 8318 pa ovides for a one percent (1%) adjustment
in pension for City of Miami retired employees; and
WHEREAS, $55, 000 is required to fund the adjustments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That $19, 000 from the balance of Federal Revenue Sharing
Funds and $36, 000 from the funds previously budgeted for the three Deputy
City Manager Positions is hereby allocated for the adjustment in the pension of
City of Miami retired employees.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21 day of NOVEMBER , 1974.
