RESOLUTION NO.
74-1295
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPATHY
AND CONDOLENCES OF THE MAYOR, THE COMMIS-
SIONERS, THE CITIZENS AND THE EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, TO THE FAMILY AND
WIFE OF THE LATE JUDGE JACK FALK, WHOSE
UNTIMELY PASSING ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5,
1974, HAS DEPRIVED THIS COMMUNITY OF A
MOST RESPECTED CITIZEN.
WHEREAS, Judge Jack A. Falk, of Miami, passed away
on Tuesday, November 5, 1974 at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital,
where he was receiving treatment for cancer; and
WHEREAS, Judge Jack A. Falk served in the Circuit
Court where he distinguished himself in an outstanding manner;
and
WHEREAS, Judge Falk was a member of Hibiscus Lodge
F & AM, the Moose and the Elks;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Deepest sympathy and condolences of
the Mayor, the Commissioners, the citizens and the employees
of the City of Miami are hereby extended to the family and the
wife and the late JUDGE JACK A. FALK, whose untimely passing
on Tuesday, November 5, 1974, has deprived this Community of
a most respected citizen.
