RESOLUTION NO, 14-12$2:.
A RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING THE ACTION
OF THE CITY MANAGER IN APPROVING AN EMERGENCY
PURCHASE OF 400 FEET OF NO, 750 MCM COPPER WIRE
THW IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,962.06 FOR USE AT THE
ORANGE BOWL TO INSURE THAT PROPER LIGHTING WAS
CONSTANT.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The action of the City Manager in approving
an emergency purchase of 400 feet of No. 750 MCM copper wire
THW in the amount of $1,962.06 for use at the Orange Bowl
to insure that proper lighting was constant be, and is hereby,
ratified and confirmed.
