A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A PERMIT TO STS. FFTER AND PAUL FOR
AMUSEMENT RIDES ON THE CHURCH AND
SCHOOL GROUNDS LOCATED AT 900 SOUTH-
WEST 26th ROAD IN CONJUNCTION WITH THEIR
ANNUAL FESTIVAL ON DECEMBER kith,: 7th,
AND 8th, 1974, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS
AND CONDITIONS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a permit be, and it is hereby, authorized to be issued
to Sts. Peter and Paul for amusement rides on the church and school grounds
located at 900 Southwest 26th Road in conjunction with their Annual Festival
on December 6th, 7th and 8th, 1974, subject to the following terms and condi-
tions:`
1.
Such use shall not be established for a period
exceeding seven days, nor shall any one location
be used more often than once a year.
2. The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and Certificates of
Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride
activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides will provide separate
sanitary facilities for both male and female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.
6. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.
7. The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted
and the number of off -duty policemen that the Depart-
ment feels are necessary to direct traffic and provide
for security will be employed. •by the permit holder.
