RESOLUTION NO. 74 1268
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE HIGHWAY RIGHT
OF WAY DEED EXECUTED BY THE FLORIDA NATION-
AL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY AT MIAMI CONVEY-
ING FOR HIGHWAY WIDENING A 10-FOOT STRIP OF
LAND ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF NORTHEAST SECOND
AVENUE RUNNING SOUTH FROM THE CORNER- OF NORTH-
EAST FIRST STREET; AND DIRECTING THE PROPER
OFFICIAL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO RECORD
SAID DEED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY,
FLORI DA .
WHEREAS, as a condition to being granted condition-
al use to permit drive-in tellers and off-street parking lot
at its present site at the southeast corner of Northeast
First Street and Northeast Second Avenue, the Florida Nation-
al Bank and Trust Company at Miami agreed to dedicate to
the City of Miami the west 10-foot strip of this property
which is needed to bring the avenue to its fully zoned width;
and
WHEREAS, the Florida National Bank and Trust Company
at Miami has executed and delivered to the City of Miami
a highway right of way deed for the required land; and
WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City Commission
to accept the aforesaid right of way deed and to have it re-
corded in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the October 4, 1974, highway right
of way deed from the Florida National Bank and Trust Company
at Miami for a 10-foot strip of land along the east side of
Northeast Second Avenue running south from the south corner
of Northeast First Street be, and the same is hereby, accep-
ted.

Section 2. That the proper official of the City
of Miami be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to
record the aforesaid right of way deed in the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
