RESOLUTION N0. 74-1267
A RESOLUTION ORDERING FASHION SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR4.5402-C (centerline sewer) AND
DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE
COST THEREOF AS FASHION SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT SR.-5402-C (centerline sewer); AND
ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF' $500.00 FROM THE ACCOUNT
ENTITLED "SANITARY SEWER BOND FUND" TO COVER THE
COST OF PRELIMINARY EXPENSES FOR SUCH IMPROVEMENT.
WHEREAS, a sanitary sewer improvement identified as
FASHION SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5402-C (]enterline sewer)
shall be made under the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter
of the City of Miami, as amended, said IMPROVEMENT to consist of
Laying 10 inch Vitrified Clay Pipe Sanitary
Sewer at or near the centerline of
NW 27 Street from NW 5 Avenue to NW 6 Avenue
NW 28 Street from NW 3 Avenue to 325' ± west
NW 3 Avenue from NW 27 Terrace to NW 29 Street
Laying six-inch (6") cast iron pipe laterals,
as required to the lots and parcels of land
which abut upon the above -mentioned streets,
including the lots and parcels of land
described in Section 2 hereof; together with
necessary manholes, other appurtenances, pump
stations, outfall, connections to existing
sewers, relaying street pavement, sidewalks,
and curb and gutters where such relaying is
made necessary by this improvement.

WHEREAS, Special Assessments for a portion of the cost of
said FASHION SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5402-C (centerline sewer)
shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels of land which abut
upon the above -mentioned streets, including the following described
lots and parcels of land, and such lots and parcels of land are hereby
designated FASHION SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5402-C
(centerline sewer) ; and each of the lots and parcels of land which
abut upon the above,mentioned streets, including the following
described lots and parcels of land to the property line of which a
sewer lateral or laterals is laid, will be assessed the average
cost of that lateral or laterals, under the provisions of Section
56 of the Charter of the City of Miami, as amended:

NOW iThEfEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. This IMPROVEMENT shall be designated in all
proceedings and assessments as FASHION SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR}-5402-C (centerline sewer) and the above -described properties,
including all lots and parcels of land abutting the streets
described in Section 1 hereof against which assessments shall be
made for a portion of the cost thereof, hereunder, shall be
designated as FASHION SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5402-C
(centerline sewer) .
Section 2. The amount of $500.00 be, and it is hereby,
allocated from the account entitled "SANITARY SEWER BOND FUND" to
cover the cost of preliminary expenses for such .improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21 day of NOVEMBER , 1974.
