A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT BY AND
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI AND THE EMPLOYEE
ORGANIZATION ItNOWN AS THE MIAMI, FLORIDA,
CITY EMPLOYEES LOCAL 654 AMERICAN FEDERATION
OF STATE, COUNTY, AND MUNICI?AL EMPLOYEES,
AFL-CIO, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF SUCH AGREEMENT AS SET FORTH HEREIN IN THE
ATTACHED COPY THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to enter into a contract by and between
the City of Miami and the employee organization known as the
Miami,
State,
Florida, City Employees Local 654 American Federation of
County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, subject to the
terms and conditions of such agreement as set forth in the copy
attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 21 day of NOVEMBER
1974.
