WHEREAS, the City of Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of June 17, 1974, Item #8, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution ZB 95--74 by a four to three vote recommending a change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth and WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant a change in zoning classification; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of Lots 1 and 2, less the South five feet thereof, Block 1, SILVER BLUFF BUSINESS CENTER (14-76) , located at 2561 Southwest Twenty-seventh Lane, from R--1 (one family) to R-CA (1tesident.La1 Office) ; and by makiii.4 the necessary changes in the zoning district map made a part of t Said c rdiihatideb NO 6871, by reference and description of Article 111, Section 2 thereof. Section 2. That all .laws or parts of laws in conflicst herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed insofar as they: are in conflict. Section 3. If any section, sentence, clause, phrase,.. or word of this ordinance is for any reason held or declared to be unconstitutional, inoperative, or void, such holding or invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance, and, it shall be construed to have been the intent of the Commission of the City of Miami to pass this ordinance without such unconstitutional, invalid, or inoperative part therein; and, the remainder of this ordinance, after the exclusion of such partor parts shall be deemed and held to be valid as if such parts had not been, included therein.
