RESOLUTION NO. 744
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BUILDING DIRECTOR
TO ACCEPT AN APPLICATION FOR A BUILDING PERMIT
FOR A 12-UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING TO BE LOCATED
AT 2679 TIGERTAIL AVENUE, SUBECT TO THE FOLLOW-
ING CONDITIONS:(A) THE NOTATIONS ADDED TO THE
SITE DEPELOPMENT PLAN, AS APPROVED BY THE BUILD-
ING DEPARTMENT, DEPICTING THE TYPE AND LOCATION
OF LANDSCAPE PLANTS, BE CONSIDERED PART OF THE
APPROVED PLANS; (B) THE TWO LARGE OAK TREES
ALONG THE REAR PROPERTY LINE AND IN THE SOUTH-
WEST CORNER OF THE LOT BE RETAINED IN THE DE-
VELOPMENT OF THE SITE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
Section 1. The Building Director is hereby authorized
to accept an application for a building permit for a 12-unit
apartment building to be located at 2679 Tigertail Avenue,
subject to the following conditions:
1974.
ATTEST:
(a)
the notations added to the site development
plan, as approved by the Building Department,
depicting the type and location of landscape
plants, be considered part of the approved
plans;
(b) the two large oak trees along the rear
property line and in the southwest corner
of the lot be retained in the development
of the site.
