RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF MITCHELL WOLFSON
TO THE OFF*STREET PARKING BOARD OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the five-year term of office of Mr. Mitchell Wolfson,
covered by Off -Street Parking Board Resolution No.69-352 and City Commission
Resolution No.41093 will expire on December 2, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the efforts, time and leadership exhibited.by Mr. Wolfson
have contributed to the growth and development of this area; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wolfson was reappointed to the Off -Street Parking
Board on October 24, 1974 by Off -Street Parking Board Resolution No.74-499;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Miami that
this reappointment be confirmed:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The reappointment of Mitchell Wolfson to the Off -Street
Parking Board of the City of Miami, Florida, for a five-year term from
December 2, 1974 to December 2, 1979, is hereby confirmed, pursuant to
Section 23-A.1 of the City of Miami Charter.
