A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT WITH ARNOLD L. LIEBER TO
PERFORM PROFESSIONAL PSYCHIATRIC CONSULTANT
SERVICES TO THE DEPARTMENT OF POLICE.
WHEREAS, Arnold L. Lieber entered into an agreement with
the City, effective July 1, 1974, to provide professional
psychiatric consulting services to the Department of Police for
the City; and
WHEREAS, said agreement expired on September 30, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the City has found said professional services to
be -satisfactory and wishes to secure said services for an
additional period;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF OIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Arnold L. Lieber
to perform professional psychiatric consultant services to the
Department of Police. �/
