A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CORK
TO PUBLISH A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR
OBJECTIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION
OF SAN MARCO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT

SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5316 C (centerline sewer) .
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that Intercounty
Construction Corporation has satisfactorily completed the
construction of sanitary sewer improvements designated as SAN
MARCO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5316 C (centerline sewer);
and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication
of a notice of public hearing for objections by persons
interested in or affected by said Improvement as to the
acceptance thereof by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager be, and is hereby,
authorized to direct the City Clerk to publish a notice in
a,t: newspaper published in the City of Miami, Florida, stating
that at a meeting of the City Commission to be held at a
certain day and hour, to be determined by the City Clerk, the
Commission will hold a public hearing to hear any objections
by persons interested or affected by SAN MARCO SANITARY
