RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY D.M.P. CORPORATION AT A
TOTAL COST OF $98,477.50 AND AUTHORIZING
A FINAL PAYMENT OF $10 , 583.50 FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF NORTH 71 STREET DRAINAGE
PROJECT - 1974._

WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated August 1,
1974 between the City of Miami and D.M.P. Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily com-
pleted and D.M.P. Corporation has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid
contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made
to the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by D.M.P.
Corporation for the construction of NORTH 71 STREET DRAINAGE
PROJECT-1974 at a total cost of $98,477.50 be, and is hereby,
accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of The City of
Miami be, and are hereby, authorized and directed to pay D.M.P.
Corporation a balance of $10,583.50 as full and final payment
for all work performed and all materials furnished in connec-
tion with the construction of NORTH 71 STREET DRAINAGE
