WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, ar it, meet- ing of July 3, 1.974, following an -advertised hearing adopted Resolution No. PA13 29-74, by a seven to zero vote recommend- ing an amendment to Article X:(III 7 Off -Street Parking and Loading, of the City of"M ami Zoning Ordinance No. 6871, as hereinafter sot forth; and WHEREAS, the Cc'mmission deems, it advisable and in the best interest of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to.amendsaid ordinance as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THERL FORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION. A landscaped area at least five (5) feet in width shall be provided when parking is located along any side or rear lot line, except as otherwise required herein. If any section, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is for any reason held or declared to be unconstitutional, inoperative, or void, such holding, or invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance; and it shall be construed to have been the intent of the Commission of the Commission of the City of Miami to pass this ordinance without such unconstitutional, invalid, or inoperative part therein; and the remainder of this ordinance, after the exclusion of such part or parts shall be deemed and held to be valid as if such parts had not been included therein.
