(b) The following regulations shall apply
for platted lots of record, platted
prior to Sept. 25, 1946:
if a lot htis a width of less than forty (40)

at least forty (40) feet and a mini-

parts thereof iti conflict herewith, :insofar as they ate its
conflict, are hereby repealed.
Section 5s If any section, 5enLcytlt'e, c1ith c, phrase,
or word of this ordinance is tor any reason held or der_1ai:
eel to be unconstitutional, ,inoporaiive, or void, such
holding or invalidity shall not affect the remaining por-
tions of this ordinance; and it shall be construed to have
been the intent of the Commission of the City of Miami
to pass this ordinance without such unconstitutional, in-
valid, or inoperative part therein; and the remainder
of this ordinance, after the exclusiofl of such part or parts
shall be deemed and hell to be valid as if such parts had
not been included therein.
Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective
on the 23rdday of November 1974.

WHEREAS, th'e Miami» Planning Advisory Board at its meet-
ing of July 3, 1974, following an advertised hearing, adop-
ted Resolution No. PAB 28-74'by a seven to zero vote, recom-
mending an amendment, to Article,Vill,
(medium density multiple)
R-4 district, of the City of Miami Zoning Ordinance No. 6871
as hereinafter setforth; and
WHEREAS, the Commission „deems . it advisable and in the
best interest of the city of Miami and its inhabitants
to amend said ordinance as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 6871, Article VIII
(medium, density multiple),, Section 1, Sub -section (9)
