RESOLUTION NO.74-I209
A RESOLUTION FIXING NOVEMBER 7, 1974 AT
P.M. AS THE DATE AND TIME FOR A
PUBLIC HEARING ON THE APPLICATION OF
MINI-ALIADOS, INC. FOR A CERTIFICATE OF
PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO
OPERATE BUSES ON A FIXED ROUTE; AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK
TO NOTIFY ALL PERSONS HOLDING CERTIFICATES
FOR THE SAME KIND OF TRANSPORTATION
SERVICE BY CERTIFIED MAIL OF THE DATE,
TIME AND PLACE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING.
WHEREAS, Section 56-75 of the Code of the City of
Miami states that the City Commission shall fix a date, time
and place for a Public Hearing; and
WHEREAS, Section 56-75 of the Code states that
all Certificate Holders shall be notified of the date, time
and place of the Hearing and shall be given a brief summary
of the subject matter of the application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1, November 7, 1974, :2 P.M., at
C'vN00.•-6e, C.4., is hereby fixed as the date, time,

and place for a Public Hearing on the application of MINI-ALIADOS,
INC. for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to
operate buses on a fixed route.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to notify all persons holding Certificates for the
same kind of transportation service by certified mail of the
