A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION W74+-1112, AND AUTHORIZING
THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT TO THE MIAMI COMMUNITY POLICE
BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION TO HOLD A FUND-RAISING CARNIVAL FROM
NOVEMBER 22r1D THROUGH NOVEYMER 29TH, 1974, ON PROPERTY OWNED
BY THE CITY OF MIAMI LOCATED AT N.W. 22ND AVENUE AND N.W.
11TH STREET, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 74-1112 be, and is hereby
rescinded.
Section 2. That a permit be, and is hereby, authorized to be
issued to the Miami Community Police Benevolent Association to hold a fund-
raising carnival from November 22nd through November 29th, 1974, on property
owned by the City of Miami located at N.W. 22nd Avenue and N.W. llth Street,
sbuject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Such use shall not be established for a period exceeding
seven days, nor shall any one location be used more often
than once a year.

2. The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain the
necessary licenses, permits and Certificate of Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride
activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides will provide separate
sanitary facilities for both male and female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides will not domicile
on the property.
6. Alcoholic beverages may not be sold on the premises.
7. The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted and
the number of off -duty policemen that the Department feels
are necessary to direct traffic and provide for security
will be employed by the Miami Community Police Benevolent
Association.
