A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERT( TO
ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
ADVENTURERS YACHT AND SAILING CORPORA-
TION, INC. FOR THE SAILBOAT RENTAL
CONCESSION AT DAVTD T. KENNEDY PARK.
WHEREAS, bids were advertised and received by
the City Manager for the leasing of the Sailboat Rental
Concession privileges at David T. Kennedy Park on June 5,
1974; and
WHEREAS, the bid received from the Adventurers
Yacht and Sailing Corporation, Inc. is the best acceptable
bid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to enter into a lease agreement with Adventurers
Yacht and Sailing Corporation, Inc. for the Sailboat Rental
Concession at David T. Kennedy Park.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24 day of OCTOBER
1974.
