RESOLUTION No. 74-1194
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI AND THE STATE OP
FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE
AREA UNDER INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 1-95 BETWEEN
N. W. 6TH STREET AND N. W. 8TH STREET; AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO FORWARD SAID AGREEMENT AND OTHER NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That it does hereby approve a Lease Agreement
between the City of Miami and the State of Florida Department of
Transportation for the area under Interstate Highway I-95 between
N.Y. 6th Street and N.W. 8th Street, in the City of Miami.
Section 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and
diXrected to execute said Lease Agreement on behalf of the City of
Mini and to forward said Lease Agreement and other necessary
documents to the State of Florida Department of Transportation.
