A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OP A
PERMIT TO THE CENTRAL SHOPPING PLAZA
MERCHANTS ASSOCIATION FOR AMUSEMENT RIDES
AT THE CENTRAL SHOPPING PLAZA ON NOVEMBER
14, THROUGH 24, 1974, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a permit be, and is hereby, authorized
to be issued to the Central Shopping Plaza Merchants Association
for amusement rides at the Central Shopping Plaza on November 14,
through 24, 1974, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Such use shall not be established for a period
exceeding fifteen days, nor shall any one
location be used more than once every ninety
(90) days.
2. The operators of the amusement rides shall
obtain the necessary licenses, permits and
Certificate of Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry
on ride activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides will
provide separate sanitary facilities for male
and female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides will
not domicile on the property.
6. Alcoholic beverages may not be sold on the
premises.
7. The City of Miami Police Department will be
contacted and the number of off -duty policemen
that the Department feels are necessary to
8, FURTHER PROVIDING THAT NO PERSONS UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL LIVE IN TRAILERS EITHER
IN THE LOCATION OF THE AMUSEMENT RIDES OR
ANY OTHER PLACE ON THE SHOPPING CENTER PROPERTY,
