A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE RENTAL FEE FOR
BAYFRONT PARK AUDITORIUM FOR THE
BABCOCK COMPANY ON NOVEMBER 26, 1974,
FOR THE PURPOSE OF HOLDING THEIR FOURTH
ANNUAL COMMUNITY -WIDE THANKSGIVING PRAYER
BREAKFAST, SUBJECT TO ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR
PERSONNEL, LIGHTS, INSURANCE AND OTHER
DIRECT COSTS BORNE BY THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The rental fee for Bayfront Park
Auditorium for the BABCOCK COMPANY for the purpose of hold-
ing their fourth annual community -wide THANKSGIVING PRAYER
BREAKFAST on November 26, 1974 be, and is hereby, waived,
subject to advance payment for personnel, lights, insurance
and other direct costs borne by the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24 day of nCTOBER
1974.
