A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
WORK PERFORMED BY GARCIA ALLEN CONSTRUC-
TION CO., INC. AT A TOTAL COST OF
$8,320.40 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO INSTRUCT THE PROPER OFFICIALS TO ISSUE
A FINAL PAYMENT OF $832.04 FOR THE N.W.
51 TERRACE ALLEY HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 11++4371
IN N.W. 51 TERRACE ALLEY HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT H-4371.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated June 21,
1974 between the City of Miami and GARCIA ALLEN CONSTRUCTION
CO., INC.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and GARCIA ALLEN CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. has furnished the
required documents certifying that all bills for labor,
materials, etc., have been paid in full in connection with
the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held before the
City Commission on October 24, 1974 to hear any objections
to the completed improvements and no objections were sustained;
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by GARCIA
ALLEN CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. dated June 21, 1974 for the
construction of N.W. 51 TERRACE ALLEY HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4371 in N.W. 51 TERRACE ALLEY HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-4371 be, and is hereby, accepted at a total cost of
$8,320.40.

Section 2. The proper officials Of the
City of Miami be, and are hereby, authorized and directed
to pay GARCIA ALLEN CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. a balance of
$832.04 as full and final payment for all work performed
and all materials furnished in connection with the contract
