A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR BISCAYNE EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVE.-
MENT H.4357 IN BISCAYNE EAST HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4357; CONFIRMING
THE TOTAL ASSESSABLE COST OF $22,032.50;
CANCELING ANY LIENS NOT APPEARING IN THE
ASSESSMENT ROLL.
WHEREAS, the Commission of The City of Miami,
Florida, met on the 24th day of October, 1974, pursuant
to due legal notice of said meeting under Section 56 of
the City Charter, as amended, to receive all written
objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment
roll for the cost of BISCAYNE EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4357 in BISCAYNE EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4357
on the following streets:
N.E. 62 Street from Biscayne Boulevard to 795'± east.
N.E. 63 Street from Biscayne Boulevard to 560'± east.
N.E. 64 Terrace from Biscayne Boulevard to N.E. 7 Avenue.
N.E. 7 Avenue from N.E. 64 Street to 335'± north.,
and
WHEREAS, no objections thereto by any person
interested in, or affected by, said assessments were sustained
by the Commission, and said assessment roll appeared, in all
respects, regular and in accordance with the requirements
and provisions of the City Charter, as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the prima facie assessments, as
apportioned and indicated on the preliminary assessment roll
for BISCAYNE EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4357 in BISCAYNE
EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4357. be, and they are
hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained against any
and all lots or parcels of ground described therein.

Section 2. That the gums and amounts assessed
against each of the lots or parcels of ground in said
preliminary assessment roll are less than the amount that
each of the said lots or parcels of ground is especially
benefited by said improvement and that such amounts are in
proportion to the special benefits that the property
received.
Section 3. That the total assessable cost of
said BISCAYNE EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4357 in BISCAYNE
EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4357 in the amount of
$22,032.52 be, and the same is hereby, approved and
confirmed.
Section 4. That any pending lien in BISCAYNE
EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4357 for highway improvements
not appearing in the preliminary assessment roll and not certi-
fied hereby be, and the same is hereby, canceled and removed.
