RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL, AS PER
ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE IV, SECTION 36(2),
TO USE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1017 NORTHWEST
NINTH COURT, LOT TWO, BLOCK TEN, SPRING
GARDEN (5-38), FOR WORK RELEASE CENTER FOR A
MAXIMUM OF 16 ADULT FEMALE RESIDENTS, REAR
UNIT BEING 3.3' FROM NORTH SIDE LINE (20'
REQUIRED), AND 13' REAR SETBACK (20' REQUIi D•
ZONED R-1 (ONE FAMILY).
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Ad�i yioard, at
its meeting of September 18, 1974, ttemoilowing an
