A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OP MIAMI, FLORIDA ALLOCATING A SUM NOT TO EX-
CEED $10,000 FROM THE 1972 PARK AND RECREATION-
AL FACILITIES BOND FUNDS FOR THE UP -DATING
OF APPRAISALS IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACQUIS-
ITION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR THE LATIN
RIVERFRONT PARK AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO PAY THE NECESSARY AMOUNTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The sum -of Ten Thousand and 00/100
($10,000.00) Dollars is hereby allocated from the 1972
Park and Recreational Facilities Bond Funds for the up-
dating of appraisals in connection with the acquisition
of property for the Latin Riverfront Park.
Section 2. The finance director of the City of
Miami is hereby authorized and directed to pay the amounts
necessary for the purposes specified in Section 1 herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10 day of OCTOBER
1974.
