RESOLUTION NO. 74`141
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT BY AND
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI AND THE EMPLOYEE
ORGANIZATION KNOWN AS THE INTERNATIONAL
ASSOCIATION OF FIRE FIGHTERS, AFI-CIO, LOCAL
NO. 587, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF SUCH AGREEMENT AS SET FORTH HEREIN ]:N THE
ATTACHED COPY THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to enter into a contract by
and between the City of Miami and the employee organization
known as the International Association of Fire Fighters,
AFL-CIO, Local No. 587, subject to the terms and conditions
of such agreement as set forth in the copy attached hereto.
