RESOLUTION NO. 741140_
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT BY AND
BETWEEN THE CITY OP MIAMI AND THE EMPLOYEE
ORGANIZATION KNOWN AS THE GENERAL EMPLOYEES
ASSOCIATION, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF SUCH AGREEMENT AS SET FORTH
HEREIN IN THE ATTACHE) COPY THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to enter into a contract by and between
the City of Miami and the employee organization known as the
General Employees Association, subject to the terms and conditions
of such agreement as set forth in the copy attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10 day of OCTOBER
1974.
