A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF DOCK AND
MARINE CONSTRUCTION FOR FURNISHING BULKHEAD
REPAIR LOCATED AT WAINWRIGHT PARK AT A COST
OF $2,250.00; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO INSTRUCT THE PURCHASING DEPARTMENT TO ISSUE A
PURCHASE ORDER FOR SAME. =' ='i- oi1N
WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Notice, sealed bids were
received September 5, 1974 for furnishing bulkhead repair
located at Wainwright Park for the Department of Parks and
Recreation; and
WHEREAS, invitations were mailed to twenty-five (25)
potential suppliers and four (4) bids were received; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that the bid of
Dock and Marine Construction at a cost of $2,250.00 be
accepted as the most advantageous to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Dock and Marine Construction
for furnishing bulkhead repair located at Wainwright Park
for the Department of Parks and Recreation at a cost of
$2,250.00 be, and is hereby, accepted.
Section 2. The City Manager be, and is hereby, author-
ized to instruct the Purchasing Department to issue Purchase
Order for same.
