RESOLUTION NO..... _ 74=1126
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO AL-
LOCATE $21,199.76 FROM THE POLICE FACILITIES
BOND FUNDS AND TO PAY SAID SUM TO THE CITY'S
APPRAISERS IN_CITY OF MIAMI VS. MARJORIE E. WILSON,
CIVIL ACTION NO. 73-788.
WHEREAS, Mr. Robert Quenlivan was hired by the City to
appraise certain parcels in the City of Miami vs. Marjorie E. Wilson
case and has submitted a statement in the amount of $13,649.76;
and
WHEREAS, Leonard Bisz was hired to appraise certain
parcels in the City of Miami vs. Marjorie E. Wilson and update
said parcels and has submitted a statement in the amount of
$7,950.00;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI:
Section 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized
and directed to allocate $21,199.76 from the Police Faci]itzes.Eond
Funds and to pay said sum to the City's appraisers in City of
Miami vs. Marjorie E. Wilson, Civil Action #73-788.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10 day of OCTOBER ,1974.
