RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WAIVING
OF GREENS FEES FOR THE NORTH -►SOUTH GOLF
TOURNAMENT TO BE HELD FEBRUARY 11
THROUGH 15, 1975, AT THE CITY OF MIAMI
GOLF COURSE AT MIAMI SPRINGS.
WHEREAS, the City has granted free use of the
Miami Springs Golf Course to the North -.South Golf Tournament
in past years; and
WHEREAS, the North -South Golf Tournament is
continuing the practice of awarding scholarships from their
proceeds to deserving young students; and
WHEREAS, tournament prizes will be purchased at
the Pro Shop, and the Club House facilities will be used for
banquets as in the past; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation
recommends the waiving of the greens fees for the North -South
Golf Tournament;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Greens fees be, and are hereby,
waived for the North -South Golf Tournament to be held Febru-
ary 11 through 15, 1975, at the City of Miami Golf Course at
Miami Springs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10 day of OCTOBER , 1974.
