A RESOLUTION 'WAIVING THE RENTAL FEE FOR
DINNER KEY AUDITORIUM FOR THE EVENING
OF octoBF R 12, 1974, FOR THE HISPANIC
HERITAGE COMMITTEE FOR THE PURPOSE OF
HOLDING THE HISPANIC HERITAGE COMMM TEE
DANCE, SUBJECT TO ADVANCE PAYMENT OF
AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT FOR EVENT PERSONNEL,
LIGHTS, INSURANCE AND OTHER DIRECT COSTS CHARGED
BY THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the rental fee for the Dinner Key Auditorium for the
evening of October 12, 1974, for the Hispanic Heritage Committee for the purpose
of holding the Hispanic Heritage Committee Dance, is hereby waived, subject to
advance payment of an estimated amount for personnel, lights, insurance and
other direct costs charged by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10 day of OCTOBER , 1974.
