A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE RENTAL FEE FOR
BAYFRONT PARK AUDITORIUM FOR THE UNITED
WAY ON WEDNESDAY., OCTOBER 16, 1974, FOR
THE PURPOSE OF HOLDING ITS 1974 MID -CAMPAIGN
REPORT LUNCHEON, SUBJECT TO ADVANCE PAY-
MENT OF AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT FOR EVENT
PERSONNEL, LIGHTS, INSURANCE AND OTHER
DIRECT COSTS CHARGED BY THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the rental fee for the Bayfront Park Auditorium on
October 16, 1974, for the purpose of holding the United Way 1974 Mid -
Campaign Report Luncheon is hereby waived, subject to advance payment of
an estimated amount for event personnel, lights, insurance and other direct
costs charged by the City of Miami.
