A PERMIT TO ST. DOMINIC'S RECTORY FOIL
AMtJ$EMENT RIDES ON THE CHURCH MOUNDS
LOCATED AT 5909 NOlt-T WEST 7TN STREET,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH TI4EIIt ANNUAL FESTIVAL
ON NO'tEMBEit 1, Z, ` and 1974, SttBJECT TO
CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a permit be, and it is hereby, authorized to be issued
to St. Dominic's Rectory for amusement rides on the church ground located at
5909 Northwest 7th Street in conjunction with their annual festival on November 1,
2, and 3, 1974, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Such use shall not be established for a period
exceeding seven days, nor shall any one location
be used more often than once a year.
2. The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and Certificate of
Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride
activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides will provide
sanitary facilities for both male and female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.
b. Alcoholic beverages may itot be sold on the, -premises.
7. The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted
and the number of off -duty policemen that the Department
feels are necessary to direct traffic and provide for
security will be employed.
