A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE OPERATION OF A
CARNIVAL TO BE SPONSORED BY THE MIAMI
COMMUNITY POLICE BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION
AND AUTHORIZING SAID CARNIVAL TO BE HELD
IN THE EASTERN PORTION OF THE MARINE STADIUM
PARKING LOT DURING THE PERIOD NOVEMBER 22
THROUGH NOVEMBER 29, 1974.

OF THE CI OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
That approval is hereby granted to permit the

SeCdion 2. That said carnival is hereby authorized to be held
eastern portion of the Marine Stadium parking lot during the period
November 22 through November 29, 1974.
Section 3. That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to confer with the Miami Community Police Benevolent Asso-
ciation to establish guidelines, rules and regulations for said use of this
Marine Stadium property.
