A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLU-
TION NO. 74.-638 AND AUTHORIZXNG THE CITY
C;L,ERM( TO ADVERTISE POR SEALED BIDS FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OE FASHION HIGHWAY IM-
PROVEMENT H-4381 IN FASHION HIGHWAY IM-
PROVEMENT DISTRICT H.4381.
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of
July 25, 1974, Resolution No. 74-638 was passed which
ordered a highway improvement identified as FASHION HIGH-
WAY IMPROVEMENT H-4381; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public
hearing was held before the City Commission on October 10,
1974 as to any objections to the confirmation of Resolution
No. 74-638, which resolution ordered FASHION HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT H-4381; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of
said highway improvement were sustained by the Commission.
It is therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said
ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise
for sealed bids for the construction of said improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 74-638 dated
July 25, 1974 be, and is hereby, confirmed for FASHION HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-4381 in FASHION HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4381.
Section 2. The City Clerk be, and is hereby,
