A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK
TO PLACE AN APPROPRIATE ADVERTISEMENT
PERTAINING TO THE OCTOBER LOTH, 1974,
MEETING WHEREIN THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI PROPOSES TO ADOPT AN
ORDINANCE LEVYING A MILLAGE RATE IN
EXCESS Or THE CERTIFIED MILLAGE AND
FURTHER ADOPTING AN APPROPRIATION
ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, in conformity with Chapter 74-234,
Section 166, of the Laws of Florida, an advertisement is
necessary to adopt a millage ordinance exceeding the
certified millage;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Clerk be, and is hereby,
directed to place an appropriate advertisement pertaining
to the October loth, 1974, meeting wherein the Commission
of the City of Miami proposes to adopt an ordinance levying
a millage rate in excess of the certified millage and further
adopting an appropriation ordinance.
