ORDINANCE Nos 8 M-1
AN EMERGENCY QRDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE
AMOUNT OF $50000.00 FROM THE UNEXPENDED
BALANCE of FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FtiMDs
TO BE RESERVED FOR THE ,OPERATION OF. MODEL
DAY CARE CENTERS,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OP
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The amount of $50,000'00 be, and is
hereby,'appropriated from the unexpended balance of Federal
Revenue Sharing'Funds to be reserved for the operation of
Model Day Care Centers.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be_
an emergency measure on the ground of urgent public need for
the preservation of peace, health, safety and property in the
City of Miami.
Section 3. The requirement of reading this ordinance
on two separate days is hereby dispensed with by a vote of
not less than four -fifths of The Members of the Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY TITLE ONLY this 7thday of
October, , 1974.
