WHEREAS, the City Manager.has recommrnded that
certain appropriations for current expenses of tho
City be made effective October 1, 1974 , chargeable
the appropriations tor. that, year., when passed; in an

unt sufficient to cover t:he neressaty expenses of
-the various departments, divisions, offices, buro,.tur,
and boards from October 1, 1974 until the annual appro-
priations ordinance is in force and effect;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
