A RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL $167,328.10
FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "POLICE HEADQUARTERS
AND CRIME PREVENTION FACILITIES BOND FUND" FOR THE
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES PERFORMED BY PANCOAST
ARCHITECTS,ET AL, FOR THE MIAMI MODERN POLICE -
HEADQUARTERS - 1974
WHEREAS, on October 19, 1973 Resolution No. 73-849
was passed allocating $300,000 to cover interim payments
to Pancoast Architects, et All consultants for the Miami
Modern Police - Headquarters - 1974; and
WHEREAS, extra work in the amount of $7,328.10 was
authorized by the City in accordance with Section 6 of the
Agreement, due to a change in Dade County South Florida
Building Code Flood Criteria.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the amount of $167,328.10 be,
and it is hereby, allocated from the account entitled "Police
Headquarters and Crime Prevention Facilities Bond Fund" to
cover architectural services performed by Pancoast Architects,
et al.
