A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING $2,000 FROM THE
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND - UNALLOCATED
FUNDS TO COVER THE COST OF MODIFYING
CERTAIN RESTROOMS AT CITY HALL AND
AUTHORIZING THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY
CITY FORCES.
WHEREAS, it is felt desirable to modify one
Ladies' Room and one Men's Room at City Hall to permit
their use by persons confined in wheelchairs; and
WHEREAS, the work is expected to cost $2,000 and
funds are available for allocation from the account entitled
"Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated Funds;"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The sum of $2,000 be, and is hereby,
allocated from the account entitled "Capital Improvement Fund -
Unallocated Funds" to cover the cost of modifying certain
restrooms at City Hall for use by handicapped persons.
Section 2. City Forces be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to make the necessary modifications.
