PROVEMENT H-4371 IN N.W. 51 TERRACE ALLEY
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4371.

WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that GARCIA ALLEN
CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. has satisfactorily completed the con-
struction of highway improvements designated as N.W. 51
TERRACE ALLEY HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4371 IN N.W. 51 TERRACE
ALLEY HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4371;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Clerk be, and is hereby, authorized
to publish a notice in a newspaper published in the City of
Miami, Florida, stating that at a meeting of the City Com-
mission to be held at a certain day and hour, to be determined
by the City Clerk, the Commission will hold a public hearing
to hear any objections by persons interested or affected by
N.W. 51 TERRACE ALLEY HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4371.
