A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK PER-
FORMED BY AMERICAN DAVITS CORPORATION AT A
TOTAL COST OF $7,121 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF $712.10 FOR THE MARINE STADIUM BOAT
PIT - FENDER SYSTEM - 1974,
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated April 19, 1974
between the City of Miami and American Davits Corporation;
and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and American Davits Corporation has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials,
etc., have been paid in full in connection with the afore-
said contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made
to the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by American
Davits Corporation for the MARINE STADIUM BOAT PIT - FENDER
SYSTEM - 1974, at a total cost of $7,121, is hereby acdepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of The City of Miami
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to pay to
American Davits Corporation a balance of $712.10 as full
and final payment for all work performed and all materials
furnished in connection with the MARINE STADIUM BOAT PIT -
CITY COMMISSION
