A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY JOE REINERTSON EQUIPMENT COM- "4
PANY AT A TOTAL COST OF $199,905.50 AND
DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE
PROPER OFFICIALS TO AUTHORIZE A FINAL PAY-
MENT OF $21,106.55 AS FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT
FOR ALL WORK PERFORMED AND ALL MATERIALS
FURNISHED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOUTHERN
DRAINAGE PROJECT E-31.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated April 15,
1974 between the City of Miami and JOE REINERTSON EQUIPMENT
COMPANY; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and JOE REINERTSON EQUIPMENT COMPANY has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by JOE
REINERTSON EQUIPMENT COMPANY for SOUTHERN DRAINAGE PROJECT E-31
be, and is hereby, accepted at a total cost of $199,905.50.
Section 2. The City Manager be, and is hereby,
authorized to insttuct the proper officials to make a final pay-
ment of $21,106.55 as full and final payment for all work per-
formed and all materials furnished in connection with the
