A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
"LITTLE RIVER CENTER", A SUBDIVISION IN THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AND ACCEPTING THE DE-
DICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT, AND AUTHORIZ-
ING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT.
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board and
the Department of Public Works have recommended the accep-
tance of the plat; and
WHEREAS, on April 19, 1973, the City Commission pas-
sed and adopted Resolution No. 73-271 closing for public
use Northeast First Place, from Northeast Seventy-nineth
Street to Northeast Eightieth Terrace, and a portion of the
east -west alley, running 112 feet west of said place;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled "Little River Center",
being a resubdivision of a portion of Blocks 6, 7, and 8
of Little River Gardens as recorded in Plat Book 6 at page 8,
City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by reference is
made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and the
dedications as shown thereon together with all existing and
future planting, trees, and shrubbery on said property, to
the perpetual use of the public, be and the same are, hereby
accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. That except for the construction of
those improvements provided for in the agreement entered
into, between the owner and the director of the Department

of Public Works on behalf of the City of Miami, Florida, dated
August 26, 1974, the requirements of Chapter 54, Section 54-20,
Code of the City of Miami, Florida, and State law as to improve-
ments to be made in subdivisions will be hereby expressly
waived.
Section 3. Of all other requirements of State
law concerning the posting of a performance bond for the con-
struction of improvements, that portion pertaining to the
maintenance of said improvements is hereby expressly waived.
Section 4. The requirements of State law concern-
ing the showing of grades of rights of way on the Plat
are hereby expressly waived.
Section 5. The City Manager and the City Clerk,
both of the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Plat.
