RESOLUTION NO. , " 474
A RESOLUTION APPROVING IN PRINCIPLE THE
VARIOUS ELEMENTS OF THE "LATIN COMMUNITY
STUDY", DATED JUNE, 1974, AS PREPARED BY
THE CITY OF MIAMI PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its
meeting of July 3, 1974, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 30-74 by a seven to zero vote
recommending the various elements of the "Latin Community
Study", dated June, 1974, as prepared by the City of Miami
Planning Department; and
WHEREAS, the Commission deems it advisable and
in the best interest of the City of Miami and its inhabitants
to approve said study in principle;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The various elements of the "Latin
Community Study", dated June, 1974, as prepared by the City
of Miami Planning Department be and the same are hereby approv-
ed in principle. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day �q f Sept. 1974.
