A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 74-639 AND AUTHORXZXNG THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF GARDEN HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4374 IN GARDEN
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4374.

WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of July 25,
1974, Resolution No. 74-639 was passed which ordered a high-
way improvement identified as GARDEN HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4374; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on September 27, 1974
as to any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No.
74-639, which resolution ordered GARDEN HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4374; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
highway improvement were sustained by the Commission(afd it is
therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said order-
ing resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise
for sealed bids for the construction of said Improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 74-639 dated July
25, 1974 which ordered GARDEN HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4374
in GARDEN HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4374 be and the
same is hereby confirmed.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to
advertise for sealed bids for the construction of GARDEN
