A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
No. 74 - 64 0 AND AUTHORI ZI NG THE CITY CLERK
TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF GARDEN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5385 C (centerline sewer) IN GARDEN
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5385 C
(centerline sewer).
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of July 25,
1974, Resolution No. 74-640 was passed which ordered a sanitary
sewer improvement identified as GARDEN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5385 C (centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public
hearing was held before the City Commission on September 27,
1974 as to any objections to the confirmation of Resolution
No. 74-640, which resolution ordered GARDEN SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5385 C (centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
sewer improvements were sustained by the Commission. It is
therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering
resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed
bids for the construction of said improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 74-640 dated
July 25, 197':which ordered GARDEN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5385 C (centerline sewer) be, and is hereby, confirmed.
Section 2. The City Clerk be, and is hereby,
authorized to advertise for sealed bids for the construction
