'WHEREAS, Ordinance No. ;,3O2 , duly adopted by the
Cornrnission of the City of Miami, Florida provided that a Special
Election Will be held on Tuesday, Novcrnher 5, 1974, to authorsre the
issuance,of bonds to pay the cost of acquiring, constructing and develop- .:
ing an island park and recreational facility in the City of Miami;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY. TIIE COMMISSION
OF TIIE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
.Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Miami hereby
submits the following proposed question for submission to the electors
of the .City of Miami at the' November 5, 1974 State of Florida and Dacle
County General Election, to become effective immediately:
"SHALL BONDS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT EXCEEDING $ 10,000,000.00
